In front of the boutique hotel free parking is available. You can leave your car put during your entire stay and without worrying. The more so, since you will need it only in exceptional cases. During the entire winter season (mid-October to end of April) you can use the free ski bus service in the Zell am See-Kaprun region and free scheduled bus services in Kaprun. During summer (May to end of October) the new Mobility Card Pinzgau-Zell am See-Kaprun offers free public transport that will bring you directly to the cable cars and innumerable excursion destinations throughout Pinzgau in an environmentally friendly, comfortable and stress-free way. Maximum mobility for zero money!
For your skis we have a storage facility, too. In our lockable ski room, your bikes will find a safe shelter as well. On the days of your arrival and departure you also have the possibility to store your luggage in our depot.
Our in-house Wi-Fi grants you free Internet access throughout the whole house. The username and password are available upon request.
For families with small children, we are happy to provide cots and high chairs if needed. An electric kettle in your room is no problem for us either.

Let yourself be enchanted by the seasonal snow reliability of the winter sports region Zell am See – Kaprun and benefit from the service-oriented regional snow okay packages. Snow Okay is a package deal for either three or seven days that turns your winter vacation into a carefree and uncomplicated affair.
The three-day deal from 290,00 Euro per person and the seven-day deal from 590,00 Euro per person both come not only with a half-board accommodation but also with an according ski pass for the ski areas Kitzsteinhorn, Maiskogel and Schmittenhöhe. A ski pass extension is possibly at any time. Take advantage of offers such as discounted ski rental and service as well as reduced ski school fees. Against a corresponding surcharge on the spot, the use of the indoor pool, sauna and ice rink in Zell am See is possible at a reduced price (current seasonal rates available directly from the provider).
At the beginning of the winter season (around Mid to end of October), families with children up to 12 years benefit from a unique three- oder six-day family offer. Up to two children stay free in their parents’ room during the family week and receive a free ski pass. For two full-paying adults, the children will also benefit from free ski equipment for the duration of the ski pass.

Whatever the mood, whatever the weather – with the SalzburgerLand Card admission to around 190 nature experiences, museums and castles as well as thermal SPAs will be free of charge for you. In addition, the enclosed 24-hour Salzburg Card includes all cultural highlights and attractions of Mozart city as well as the Hellbrunn Zoo and Castle Palace and public transport.
Every year from May 1st to October 26th you can buy the card for a period of either six or twelve days. The start date is yours to choose. You will usually find the SalzburgerLand Card at all tourism associations and various other service points. However, the easiest way will be to order the card online in the SalzburgerLand online shop (from mid-April) prior to your holiday. There you will also find all relevant information about the included offers and prices.
