Room prices and packages

The prices of our rooms are per person and night, including our boutique services. With a surcharge of 20 euros per night, you can also use our rooms for single occupancy. The local tax of 2.05 euros per person and night will also be charged separately.

At the boutique hotel Pinzgauerhof you have the option to book your room without meals, with breakfast only or half board. Yet, half board or at least breakfast is highly recommended. For a later on-site booking of our food options we will charge 15 euros per person for our richly diverse breakfast buffet and 30 euros per person for our creative three-course dinner. Breakfast will be served daily from 7.30 am to 9.00 am, dinner will be waiting for you at 6.30 pm.

The seasonal prices for our rooms are available on request. Early Birds, who book up to six months prior to arrival, will benefit from an early bird discount of three percent on the total booking amount when booking half board. At the time of booking, please provide your personal details, such as your full name, your address, date of birth and a telephone number, under which we can reach you. To guarantee your booking we kindly ask you to provide your credit card information instead of a deposit. These are for booking purposes only – we will not charge your credit card in advance. On site, you can still choose your preferred payment method.

Check-in and Check-out

On the day of your arrival, your room will usually be ready for occupnacy at 4.00pm at the latest. An earlier check-in is possible by agreement. In the meantime we store your luggage in our depot. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10.00 am. A storage of your luggage is also possible before you leave. There are no house closing times. With your room key, which you will receive at check-in, you will have access to the boutique hotel at all times and you will be able to move with complete freedom accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you are unable to maintain your booking, the following cancellation conditions apply:

  • Cancellation within one week after booking: free of charge
  • Cancellation up to 3 weeks / 21 days before date of arrival: cancellation fee of 50 percent of the total booking amount
  • Cancellation 20 days to 11 days before date of arrival: cancellation fee of 70 percent of the total booking amount
  • Cancellation from 10 days prior to arrival: 100 percent of the total booking amount will be charged
  • In case of early departure the full amount of the reservation must be paid.
